Had a few camera problems, but these are OK if not great - may be time to replace the aging D100.

Also had to contort myself to take my own wrist shot so apologies for that, but here you go.

Looking good there Roff! Very nice indeed!

BTW, it's good to see there's still someone else out there who takes pictures that don't look like they just stepped out of a Chronolog! Some of the guys on here are very professional! (No, in all seriousness yours are still way better than mine. :( )

Anyway, that's an awesome watch Roff.

I'm far from a good photographer - but these are hugely overworked in Photoshop because I'm having problems with the aperture settings on the camera - I took what should have been some good shots but they ended up way underexposed because the camera isn't opening the lens aperture properly (happens with all lenses so I know it's the camera).

Also took some in bright sun earlier on with the sun reflecting off the gold, but I screwed those up - can't blame the camera - the autofocus was struggling with the reflection of the sun and I didn't realise.

The fact that you're talking about apertures and the like marks you out as an infinitely better photographer than my good self!

All mine are taken with my 3.2 mega-pixel camera-phone, and then run through photoshop to increase contrast a little! A photographer I most certainly am NOT!

I really need to get a decent dedicated camera soon! :?

Very nice pics Roffensian! Nice to see the Monty on your wrist after all!

I think you do need to do something with the camera, as you say, but still great pics to see! I didn't know the raised logo was in gold on a twotone bracelet!

You don't need much these days, I took my pictures with a $200 Canon Powershot SD1100 IS.

I will, I'm off work this coming week so will try playing around with the camera on manual settings and see if that works any better - if not I guess it's more $$.

Definitely something wrong with the camera - time to fix or replace I guess. I think I'm going to be stuck to shooting with f-22 or doing significant photoshop editing in the meantime.

Here are a couple of marginally better shots.
