i just press the button and read in NV mode :mrgreen:

blind as a bat me, my Airwolf and Mission has solid/skeleton thin hands and i have to look twice at them :shock:

As we are sharing the love for the Airwolf, here are a couple of snaps of mine

Don't you think the Blue face looks Black sometimes in the light, is it blue/black, :lingsrock:

the Airwolf has a great name, great design, great usable features.........that's why i like them soooo much.

I would definitely say it is blue. However, you are totally correct in saying it can appear blue/black, and maybe even grey (another Airwolf face colour).
I had intended on buying the black version, but changed my mind at the last moment. Bought the last blue that the AD had. The black face looks great, but I love the variety of colours that the blue face offers.

Lovely Merc, I have an identical piece which is away for service with BUK as I write. I am getting the hands changed from skeleton to solid as I find it a pain trying to read the time at night - how do you get on with that? Here is mine .

It's a pig to read at night - my eyesight is so bad that I have no chance of reading the NV at night without my specs/contact lenses .
