Post subject:  Shots of some of the new kids that finally arrived
Well it's the first of the new year and I'm back in Afghanistan after spending 2 wonderful weeks on R&R in Thailand with my bride to be. The first order of business upon arriving today was to get to the mail room and pick up the new pieces that made it here during my leave. Below are some pics I took this evening of them in my room, not ideal lighting, but the best I could do.

First up is the Glashutte Original Senator Moon Phase Reserve

They are all gorgeous in the metal and the pictures just don't capture them in all their glory, but I am very pleased with all of them and can't wait to give them some wrist time.

It's not a 29%, it,s 29 1/2; 29 1/2 is a full moon cycle.
