Post subject:  Assorted Watches

Friends,

The box below shows 25% of my watch collection, I really don't have the count may be around 200 watches are in my possession ranging from the cheap Timex to Luxury Omega and Breitling (my recent addition)

Most of my watches are Mechanical movements and ranging from early 1900 to till date. I will take some time to take clearer individual picture and post it here.

Many of my friends who knows me used to ask me choose 10 best watches you have, My answer is:

1. a very rare Roamer Chronograph with pot like case
2. Omega Seamaster ( I have atleast four of them from different ages)
3. Breitling Colt (added newly in this list)
4. Longines
6. Henry Sandoz
7. HMT
8. Chancellor
9. Unnamed manual wound gold filled watch (the dial looks exactly like scope view with side seconds and it was from WWII era)
10. Citizen GMT EcoDrive

:wowzers
Blimey. For sheer weight of numbers that's an impressive collection.

Friends,

Thanks for the comments. My collection is huge but the watches are really old even wearing them will give out of fashion look. But I normally wear them no matter how they look but for the sake of using all my watches.

The boxes posted on this picture is made of pure leather in and out and it was custom made, you can see one box with out rubber strap on the top to carry watches. That was the first prototype my leather man did, then to accommodate more watches, he made that rubber strap arrangement too. He made one more box for me to hold 50 watches at once, unfortunately I'm in USA and my box and watches are in India so couldn't post the picture now.
