A view days ago, I took interest in the CSO... I liked it because I wanted a not too big watch with the 7750 caliber that takes advantage of the Date an Day function... and it should be submersible... well, here we are...

A view specs, I'm sure most of you will know already...

Caliber: Breitling 13 (Basic ETA Valjoux 7750)
Power reserve: 42 hours
Chronograph: 1/4 seconds, 30 minutes, 12 hours
Vibration: 28.800 v.p.h.
Jewel: 25 rubies
Calender: Day & date
Case: Stainless Steel
Bracelet: Stainless Steel (Professional II)
Water resistance: 500m / 1.650ft.
Bezel: Stainless Steel, unidirectional
Crown: Screw-locked, two gaskets
Pusher: Screw-locked
Caseback: Screwed-in
Crystal, Sapphire, domed, AG-treating on both sides
Diameter: 42mm
Thikness: 15,10mm
Weight: 117,60 gr / 205gr (with bracelet)

I planned the acquisition of the watch roughly for the end of the year, but as it turns out this one's a model, that Breitling doesn't support and build any longer, so the good ones will go fast!
I posted a WTB in a german watchforum and got lucky a few days later... a NOS watch from 2006 was offerd to me at a very reasonable price... I took the plunge and met the seller today.

Here's what I came back with this morning...

All the goodies

Still sealed

Off with the bezel protector...

...and out of the box!

Heres the bracelet in full length... fits my wrist perfectly! :D

The sides had some very minor scuffing... a few minutes with capecod and everything is nice and shiny again!

Now off with the protective films

And on my (8.5") wrist. The watch wears a lot bigger than 42mm... I'd say it fits rather nicely!)

Thank you guys... originally I wanted the blue dialed version, but I got this one offered for a steal, so I didn't care that much! :D

The black dial really rocks and goes well with a rubber or leather strap, too!

That's the best dial color for me. Congratulations H. Solo on the pick up, nice watch and fantastic photos!

The first lume photo was a beaut! Someone wrote on another thread that the lume on the CSO wasn't very good. I wondered at the time if we had the same watch. I've always thought the CSO lume is good.

I also think the thickness of the watch adds to the versatility by allowing it not to look small on larger wrists while not oversized on a smaller wrist.

Oddly enough, I have mine on today. :lingsrock:

WOW, congratulations on the CSO and a tip of the hat to you sir for the great pictures. The watch looks in amazing condition as well and it fits your wrist very well.

@sharkman: the CSO with the brown croco sure is sweet and this fact is torturing me. Don't know how long I can last before I cave in...
