The entire Cerachrom bezel on a SS Rolex submariner is bombarded with Platinum particles. It is then highly polished until just the LASER cut out features (numbers, indices, etc) remain covered.

the new ceramic bezel really is a work of art. it just makes the whole watch POP. plus its guranteed to never fade. all we need now is thumbsup rolex icon hahahah |
