Day and date change at midnight, this watch has a really nice professional feel on the wrist...its got the presence of the Rolex Presidential  , but is that much more "toolish" and larger. I use it as my daily office/business meeting watch, goes well with a shirt and suit as well as jeans/T shirt,... it can even out dive a Rolex Submariner  .
