Got my first Breitling, and all I can my first impression is I LOVE IT! This is a great looking watch that isn't too flashy. Prefer this over my Rolex, but I think that goes better as a dress watch. YAY! Done with school and I can buy my own watches now... hope I don't buy too many! Only issue that I noticed with the watch is that the bezel has a little play in it. Anyone know if this is normal?

I see, the play in the bezel is very very minor. I am guessing that the watch just needs a service, since it hasn't had one since 2004 I believe. It doesn't really bother me and the watch is keeping accurate time maybe lost 1/2 seconds in in the past 12 hours. |

If you are talking about maybe 1mm of play, i wouldn't worry about it at all - very normal for a used Breitling. Enjoy it - very nice pick up! |

Sasho - Thanks, ah that must be an expensive maintenance.. I think this one is due for one.. but it runs fine.. Sharkman - Yeah it is pretty minor, I can feel it but I can't see it. |

Excellent pick-up, congrats! Great all around watch. I have an 06 Coral dial (also love the blue), don't experience any play in the bezel. Sounds very minor, wouldn't worry about it at this time. Enjoy! |

You've got a beauty there -- I especially like the blue dial. Unless the bezel gets really loose, I wouldn't worry about it. And as to your worry about buying too many watches now that you're out of school -- welcome to the club, pal. Just enjoy the ride.
