the Headwind. Such a beautiful piece for them to discontinue it. Love the day date configuration. Such a classy look:)

Really nice. I wouldn't mind having one in that condition...

Probably discontinued due to the fact it's very similar to the Evo.

Umm what are you on Brian??? Similair to the Evo? Not even close Evo = Chronograph and they are alot more other Breitlings that look way more like the Evo then the Headwind. Two totally different style dials and watches...

All I know is they discontinued the Headwind and replaced it with the Cockpit. They didn't replace it with the Evo.

What am I on?

The only thing different is the dial, thickness, and movement. The bezel, crown, case, lug width, diameter, weight, and bracelet (although this has the ugly rubber band strap) are the same on the Headwind and Evo.

just remember...Puff, puff, and pass to the left.

It really is a classy looking watch. Very clean, elegant. I would prefer it on a croc strap and use it as a dress watch though.

Even with the bezel, crown, lug width, diameter being the same I don't see it similair at all to the Evo. Movement, and dial has a huge part in differences. Remember the Evo and Headwind are both in the Windrider series. All Windrider series watch cases suppose to look similair. Look at the current Windrider series, Chrono Cockpit = smaller version of the Evo, Black bird = rugged brushed looking Evo. All of them have same style casings. Also ya it's on a ugly strap because I bought it used and it came with this strap. I ordered a leather strap with deployant for it and just it'll be here by next week.
