I finally had time to take some pictures of my Christmas present. In addition to the black calf, I also have a dark brown croc on order. I'll post pictures of that combo as well.

Here are some wrist shots:

Thanks guys.

Sergio, thanks for the compliment on the pics. I don't post much because it's hard to compete with beautiful photos posted on this site. As far as wanting the watch, it's exactly how I felt when I saw Bronco's photos. This site is bad for my bank Acct. Lol.

Great pics, and a beautiful watch. A true classic. Congrats!

On a side note, I'm pretty sure there's a few members that are going to have immediate seizures :supereek: when they see that bezel not aligned!

Including me. Thanks for pointing it out. As a side note, I must say that the action of the bezel is buttery smoooooth. I love turning it.

Thanks.

Speaking of matching, I tried on a Superocean Heritage Chrono limited with a green bezel. The sales rep put it up to a brown breitling rubber strap. It looked so freaking cool and matched my brown with green, tan, and grey accents perfectly. I tried to make that combo on the Breitling website but I guess there were no options on that particular LE model.

I was just a quick way to get some wrist shots with my compact digital camera. Every one here says that natural light is the best so I stood next to the back door as I took the shots. My wife took the first one of me, the rest I just took my self as I wore the watch.

You definitely know my weak spot. That's a beautiful watch you have. Have you seen the green bezel version? It's much nicer in person and looks great on brown rubber.

Yes I have seen it in person and it looks awesome but there is something about the way the silver dial looks against the black bezel that really looks perfect to me. The only thing I would change about that watch is the length of the lugs, they're slightly too long IMO.

I'll echo Sergio here, superb shots! I really like that watch and look forward to seeing it in person! Congratulations for being one of the first.
