People on this forum take some amazing pictures. Most of the time, I see the pictures and think "Man, I would like to own that." Of course that's impractical, but it is fun to dream. However, every once in a while, I see some amazing picture and say "Man, I HAVE to own that!"

That having been said, Ross, you owe me $350

P.S. Carl, I'm really looking forward to seeing your Steelfish on the Ocean Racer.

Very nice, but your bezel is out of place.

ABSOLUTELY! Come on man, front and centre that bezel IMMEDIATELY! It's not even my watch and it's driving me insane!!! Rotating bezels aren't there to be USED! They're there to be left at 12 o'clock exactly... ALL THE TIME!

I use my bezel all the time, it doesn't bother me in the least to have it off-center. I do a lot of timed activites at work. I know, I know, it's a CHRONOGRAPH! But I like to be able to just, at a glance, know that X minutes have elapsed.

However, in all seriousness, I do recognize the risk of the bezel gnomes sneaking in at night and twisting my head off.

And the gnomes would be in the right!
Taking a pic of your Skyland beauty with her bezel offset is like rocking up to your own wedding photos and leaving your teeth at home on the dresser!

(It's a slow day in the office today! )

Damn thats nice!!!
I need to get one of them for my SA :D
My only complaint is that the one on my SOH has collected quite a lot of surface scratches on the clasp. Any idea how to polish them out?

I guess I've said it before in another posting/thread: To me this combination is the ultimate in a mens' watch. That Ocean Racer is, to me, a lot better that even the polished stainless. Just perfect. I still love my Blacksteel, but for an overall, if I could only have one watch, this would be the one. With the prices going up, i really don't know when or if I could afford another expensive watch. I have the Steelfish as well as my Blacksteel, and the Steelfish will be getting an Ocean Racer strap when it arrives at my AD. If that doesn't satisfy me, I may just end up selling my Blacksteel and Steelfish and getting the Skyland with black dial an Ocean Racer strap. I really only wear the one watch 99% of the time.
Thanks for the great pics.
Cheers,
Carl
