Very nice Justin, I really like that color of dial with the silver batons.

Wear it in good health.

That dial looks great Justin! Has a 'rich' tone to it. I like it.

Although, I know that big 'black birdie' is still calling for you  .

Thanks guys. The dial color is very neutral. I'm not totally in love with it, as since it's neutral it just doesn't have that POP! that makes you say wow. But it's rather a smooth classic color that I feel will not ever start to like an old trend etc.

Need to comeup with some ideas on a strap that will make it something a little more special; thanks for the suggestion Terry!

Ideas?

I'd say brown or gold croc would work if it has a more silver tone, or black croc if a more gray appearance.

(nothing wrong with neon green rubber either  .)

Definitely need to put something against it to see, tried black and it's not bad!

Neon green... Do you own a Swatch Terry?!?

Congrats that's the very same one I got back in November. And I feel the same way about the dial-It's neutral so you can throw just about any strap on it and it'll work(if you're are into that).....

I love all the color variations but when it came time for me to buy it came down to black/white/or silver and I had to go with the most neutral color.

Brown or gold croco or calf, preferably croco.

But first, set the reset button on your expectations and take another gander - if we have the same watch is has plenty of WOW! :poke:

Thanks guys.

My first impressions of the Silver left me feeling flat. I was expecting a Silver much closer to white like how my silver Colt Auto II is.

I took it out on my wrist for the day, and WOW. The natural light really makes it something to admire. The halogen lighting in my home does nothing to compliment it at all. It looks like a completely different piece out in the light where you can admire the guilloche, the way light reflects off the silver, it's truly beautiful.

Out in the sun, the dial transforms from flat and uninspired to subtle, yet rich and beautiful. The attention to detail and the finish is simply excellent. While it is not the warm silver of the Silver on my Colt, I appreciate that now given it's size and neutrality it opens tons of possibilities when I match it with a croco strap.

It doesn't pop out and say look at me the way a BFB does, but if you take a moment to look at it, you certainly will not be left wanting. Understated but timeless and classy; just the way I like it.

I will get some comparison pics today.

Definitely a different silver hue than your Colt. One thing about Breitling silver, it can mean anything from a cream/ivory (steelfish) to a true white (SA) and anything in between, even silver at times (navitimer?).

Still looks good, enjoy!

Hmm... two silver dials, wonder what color is next  .

Yes, silver doesn't mean the same thing, wish they would have a different name in that case.

Still has to be a BB, the deciding factor will be in house BB, brushed or polished, maybe even Red Strike. Has to be a BB!
