The Canadian ORIS service centre did a fantastic job. Along with the movement overhaul, they replaced the crown tube(for good measure), bezel insert(original was scratched), gaskets, hands and dial. The dial didn't need replacing but since the watch was being serviced, I decided why not go ahead have them replace it anyhow. It looks and feels like a new watch!

I have come across posts stating that ORIS no longer had any correct bezel inserts for the CC L/E's however I was advised otherwise. The service centre said that ORIS has one of the best spare parts policies and has a full inventory of spares for these L/E's and the same goes for watches dating back to the 70's.

I cannot wait to take it diving once again. A true tool diver in my books!

A pic of the CC in action a few weeks before it went in for service.
