Thanks, Sharky! :) Yes, that stands for enabling crypto mode for radio #1 and/or radio #2 (both being communications transceivers) as opposed to "plain" (in the clear) radio communications. The box is the control head for a TSEC/KY28 communication "scrambler" system. It was originally installed in my O-2A (67-21365) and I kept it and the original CA-505 gunsite when I sold the aircraft.
