Oooooo, I really wanted one of those when I first saw them. I think they were a "far east only" LE if I recall. Still wouldn't mind one now actually! :lol:

Correct Roff, it was only issued in the F E - some in HK, Taiwan, Singapore from 2007 (SOH launched in 1957). Can't make up my mind whether to get the SOH Black as it looks gorgeous.

Very nice! Wish they would make the white dial with maybe a polished bezel! I would buy one no questions asked if they did!

Would the black be an "as well as", or an "instead of" the green one?

It was an "instead" of - green is a colour asians have an affinity for - the other colours being red (luck) and yellow (imperial) but these would not look rather bright for the SOH in my opinion.
