Really wasn't happy with the circular brushing on the Steelfish. It was a coarser grain than the bracelet and didn't match the grain direction either.

So I set about a lengthy polishing mission. Proved to be a lot more time consuming than I thought, as you really don't want to alter the shape of anything.
Removed the bezel and uesd a few different grades of wet & dry abrasive paper to work out the facory grain on the case finishing with 1200grit. Then onto a Dremel with soft wheel and jewllers rouge and a Cape Cod cloth for final polishing. Repeated the process on the bracelet.

Very happy with the results :D

Any chance you can tell me/post pics of exactly which Dremel attachments and jewelers rouge you used? Much easier with pics :)

To be honest the Dremel played the least significant part. The wet & dry abrasive paper is more important. Something like 500 grit, then 800 and finish off with 1200. Worn 1200 with plenty of soapy water gives you an almost polished finish

Stole this pic off the net, but its the exact same polishing wheels and compound. It may not be jewellers rouge, but its a red paste that comes in a lot of Dremel accesory packs

Image I use the smaller wheels for lower surface speed

 that looks spectacular.
But you need a sign that says don't try this at home kids.
