Just to compare sizes....and to kill some time ![]() The Pam is 44mm and the Breitling 48.7mm. Put them side-by-side and you would think they are identical in size ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Very good post Spartan, I agree the Panerai wears bigger, but the Bentley line also seems to wear smaller. They both actually wear very close to 46 MM, I do not feel a size difference when I take off my 111 or 233 and strap on the IWC BI or JLC EWA. Just about perfect for my prefrences. That said, I still wish they would come out with a bigger 1950 case for casual wear. A combination between the 127 and 233 with a 47MM oversized 1950 case and an in house movement. That would be a stellar casual watch in my opinion! |

That's a mind blower! Having only just purchased my 112, I haven't really stopped to think how big it actually looks on my wrist. This post definitely puts it in perspective. |

I agree, thanks for putting that into perspective for us. Those are gorgeous watches, top picks from Breiting and Panerai. |

What a great visual comparison. 48mm sounds huge on paper but next to a Panny the size is looks right! Nice strap on the 111, what is it? ____________________ pam 111 heuer formula 1 avenger skyland |

Quote: What a great visual comparison. 48mm sounds huge on paper but next to a Panny the size is looks right! Nice strap on the 111, what is it? Its an aftermarket one that came with the watch. Its much thicker than the regular OEM ones. I ordered 2 new straps for my Pam111 (Altair's recommendation, which I trust 1000% http://gregstraps.blogspot.com/) -1- Crazy Horse II/antique stitch -2- Horween black/antique stitch Cant wait to post fresh pics |
