Hi just some pictures of my new watch I purchased 3 months ago from my 2.5 month vacation in Hong Kong/China, its not a Breitling but a Rolex Datejust Turn-o-graph Z serial, 18ct wg bezel and Grey dial on new style clasp oyster bracelet. I didn't get another Breitling was because they were quite expensive in Hong Kong.

Nice Rolex! I am seriously considering one of those Ceramic bezel GMT's... Rolexes are starting to grow on me again.

Admin, ya i always never thought i would buy a rolex because so many replicas out there, but then again when i saw the authentic one and tried one on..uh oh and ended up buying one. If u like the Rolex GMT then i say go for it, then maybe in the future u could change this forum into a Breitling/Rolex forum heh...BTW how u liking the cold/snow down in the 604 area?

here's a quick wristshot

its cold, but snow isn't gonna be here until tonight or this weekend. we got a bit the other day.

i have already launched a new omega/rolex site but its far from complete. I don't think i'm going to launch a forum with it, since there are already very well established rolex and omega forums.

Nice Rollie.

I still enjoy my Rolex, even though my B-Ling gets a little more wrist time.

the only thing i hate about them, is that ugly cyclops thing why dont they just make the date window slightly larger, and get rid of that bubble on the crystal, looks tacky on a 8ooo watch

The cyclops gives it that extra character, I like it! In fact I would like to get a Panerai with a Cyclops too.

Nice TOG, love Rolex :D

heh, i use to think the same way too about the cyclops..but really to me its quite helpful especially for us near sighted ppl out there. Pretty much its to your own preference wether ppl like the cyclops or not. I know tons of ppl in Rolex forums who like it and don't like it. The reason why there is a cyclops is that its a trademark symbol of Rolex and thats one reason why they've done so well and been successful in the past "dunno how many years" in the making and marketing of fine watches. Oh and PS. "I didn't buy it for 8ooo and the Msrp for this model is not 8ooo."

i have to agree with toddb on this one, the cyclops just does not appeal to me at all. i hear the new recent ones are much better in terms of readability from different angles, but i still think that makes it look like such an old man's watch.
