Take a look at the pics taken with the watch still in its box Justin - I've never known a pilot to take their watch into the cockpit still in its box :nutkick: .

I did...Funny story...I heard on the radio that the Aussie Px in Vung Tau,Vietnam, had a shipment of Rolex.
We flew in and set down on the parade field across from the PX...I ran in still wearing my APH-5...Jostled in
front of the line ....Yelled for a GMT...Threw down the cash...Grabbed the box..Sprinted to my chopper..still
running...jumped in...Co-Pilot took off.... :superman: :superman: We went back on mission....in combat
30 min. later....Box sat between my legs for the next 4hrs.

Good story Twotone :D , but did you 'use it to track the compass heading' whilst on that mission (whilst still in it's box)? :D .

Anyway, as the Archbishop of Canterbury said to the Bishop - 'Enough of this tedious w**k, let's party' :D . :cheer: .

Over to you OrangeO2 and I apologise that this hijacked your post  .

KMG! My apologies!!!! I JUST realized that you were talking about the slide rule, while I was on about the bezel. I feel like a t*at now!

OrangeO2, my apologies as well, post some more pics in the cockpit please!

Twotone, awesome story! How much did you pay?

Apology accepted Justin - I normally seem to agree with much of what you say in these forums and I was really surprised to get a kick in the balls in this one. Anyway, I'm glad we are still on the same side :D .

OrangeO2 - ANY Airwolf pics are nice :D . More please :D . I must get around to taking some more myself when I get a chance.

Hahaha! I thought I was a little anal, but not so much I guess! :) Didn't even notice the slide rule wasn't aligned. I was playing with it, then I realized it was much easier to just look at all the info presented to me in the plane already.

I fixed it!
