You are right about the comfort of his guy on the Navi bracelet. For a heavy watch it sits nice and flush with the wrist.

I too didn't notice the DLC for some time an just thought it was the polished color reflecting dark, but it is a nice subtle touch.

I consider my CM to be a drivers type watch even though it is officially a Navi. The unclutered pushers, and added flyback makes me wish I had an old stingray to cruise laps in while admiring a classic Ling.

This might be a little off the wall, but I wonder if a gray of some shade might work. Wouldn't be OEM, but I bet the lady at Stone Creek might have some options. Cheaper, too. Last time I was up to see Paul he was wearing a nice strap of hers.

Tom, from your 4th pic, the side of the bezel looks black. Is it really or is it a reflexion?

Also, I wonder is "MPH", just under the black triangle, a standard feature or the watch exists in Europe also with "KPH"? I would guess that it only exists with MPH.

Anyways, burgundy croc is one of my favorite straps (as is the green for some gold editions), I just haven't dared to get one. So, I'd love to see some pics if you choose that one.

The side of the bezel is DLC. I assume MPH is miles per hour for the slide rule.

A medium gray would be a very nice touch! Time to email Jeanna. Thanks for the idea.

Looks good. Real good. I may still try the burgundy. I saw one on a white dial Mark VI and it looked beautiful. It is not sooooo burgundy as the website rendering suggests. Decisions, decisions....

Yes, that is why I was wondering if kilometers per hour exists for other countries but, as I said earlier, I strongly doubt a two-version face for the same watch.

Misread it. Ooooops. There is a KPH marker just left of the main MPH.

Hmmmmm....does that mean that there will be an extra navi bracelet floating around? I vote Black croc...Classic like the navitimer, has to be on the black croc. :superman:

Going with a gray matte Custom alligator from stonecreekstraps - Breitling style. Also the Breitling Burgundy - high risk but the AD will exchange it if I hate it.

Congrats, it looks great on you. You can't even tell that you have tiny wrists.

This is one of my favorite watches!! But.. it's no Rolex :poke:

IMO, I think this watch would look great on a black or brown CALF to accentuate to vintage feel.
