I like this one better than the previous LE one. However, I think I prefer the strap to the bracelet. It's a beauty either way, though. Only a few more days before I get to stop by the AD in Vegas to check out some Zeniths in person!

My AD has all their Defys at 50% off. Of course they are being discontinued . I think they are taking up valuable limited display case room as the 2010 models are coming.

Must admit I preferred the stripe, but that is a beautiful dial colour on the new one.

If you're thinking of a Defy, great watch but be careful and make sure it's one you'll keep rather than flip. I bought mine at well over 50% off, and still lost a stack of money on it when I sold it at 3 months old. There is zero second-hand market out there unless you're selling for about 35% of MSRP or less.

Thanks for the advice. I'm planing to keep it, "it" being the 43mm elite with power reserve, silver dial on bracelet. I have the black of the same model on rubber that I traded for. I do like this model a lot - it has a very nice dial and the bezel is simpler in person than it appears in the pics on some of the grey market sites. And it keeps the best time of any of my watches.

Hope I don't change my mind though and decide not to keep it. Nah, I NEVER do that.
