By the way I've used my old trick of putting a strip of clear sellotape over the clasp to avoid scratches. It can hardly be seen! Sorry some of the pic's are a bit blurred, the whisky was a bit strong tonight

The Ocean Racer Strap looks the business. Where is the best place to find sellotape?

Seems you've had to fight some battles over that. ;)

Sure did Aleister, fitting the rubber to the clasp was a bit fiddley and it took a bit of patience to locate the springbar correctly. Your pictorial instructions helped a great deal though.
By the way the sword is an infantrymans side hanger 1645 pattern. ( Nearly as old as me!)

Beautiful pictures armchair pilot.
The Ocean Racer strap is so chunky, it is great. Once you figure out how to size it then it is great (thank you Aleister for the tutorial also). I was worried at first about a rubber strap but is so much more sturdy than the old rubber strap.

I wasn't trying to be cheeky about the strap, I just tried to refer to the weapons in the background... ;)

:) Never thought you were for a moment Aleister, my apologies if my post gave that impression.

Outstanding! That Ocean Racer strap looks great. I got one for my Steelfish, too, although I now have the steel bracelet on it.
Cheers,
Carl
