Yes indeed. Love that face. Is that bone? I think a brown croco would complement it even better.

Is that an American Psycho quote there?

I thought about the brown croco, but I had one on my white dial SA and I found it a harder colour to wear (especially to formal occasions) than black. Personally I love the classic look of the black.

Point taken. The black would be much easier to match up with on formal occasions.

Question- do you special order your watches or buy what's in stock at the AD? I really admire your collection. It looks very well thought out.

Thanks for your kind words about my collection.

I special order them all nowadays (unless they happen to have the exact piece I want in stock) as I've made "mistakes" in the past and I'm now trying to build a collection where I will keep every single piece.

I used to buy what was in stock, so for example I saw a blue Navi World in the window and bought it.... but as a result I kind of wished I'd bought the white/silver version, so I eventually ended up selling the blue.

The watches I have now are definite keepers, and it's an expensive business part-exchanging watches on a regular basis.

My one piece of advice to anyone would be to never compromise on your watches - you WILL regret it at some point.... probably sooner rather than later.

Impressive, Driver8. I agree your collection is just great. Very true what u say about getting exactly what you're after, instead of whatever is in stock. I wouldn't spend that much on a timepiece which I'm not 100% satisfied with.

Thanks for "sharing" your amazing collection with everyone :)
