im pretty new around here but not new to breitlings, about a year ago i offloaded my ti seawolf

heres the reason why, i managed to pick one up for £700 used with the papers etc, box was clattered and so was the rubber strap, the case was really quite badly marked up but only major ding was on bezel and really was not so bad, anyways i used some wire wool to remove deeper scratches moving to a very fine wire wool to finish off the job, i was a little concerned that the deep grey colour had gone and was brighter colouring ti which i learned after time it gets back to that gorgeous deep grey phhheeeeeew!!!!!! it was with massive sadness to me after having it serviced by a local watchsmith and getting her on a new ocean racer, sourcing new box from the bay and got her looking near new i managed to thread the damn crown aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!the repair is a massive job and very costly, think its a middle case replacement, at a cost of £600

i sent it off to the watchmaker who shortened the stem so that it was close to case but of course it didnt screw down

i could not accept this disability and offloaded on ebay for £800, i miss this watch so much and wish i had not of released it from my grasp, heres some not so great pics but a piece i will miss forever, think its something to do with showing a unappreciated piece love and care back to its full glory, thanks for looking.
