Hey guys,

Just got my BOB - Shark skin and Alligator strap for 20/18 deployment today.

Tried them both on.. not sure which one to use.

What are your thoughts?

I think I've gone towards the black gator strap.

I've also ordered a genuine breitling brown leather strap, so hopefully that will come tomorrow and I can compare

Good move. I think the regular brown leather will look nice - brown shark doesn't quite work IMO with the spots (there's always the blue shark :) ).

I like the dark better personally. Side note which Omega AT do you have? I picked up a Grey 41.5mm 8500 a couple months ago and we have the same CSO. Just wondering.

Hey sco. I've got the 2500 AT with the dark blue face. Can't recall the exact model I have it written down somewhere. I like the 8500's. That movement is amazing, it keeps time excellently doesn't it?

That model is a beaut! Without going too far off topic, (I know it's my fault) I actually have not been able to wear it YET. It's to commemorate my next daughter's birth. Which should be in roughly 18 days... or sooner... I will give a full report on the watch once she is born... and oh yeah some pictures of her will make it up here too :D
