John,

If memory serves it seems the consensus here a year or so ago was the Evo, perhaps with a different name, would continue when the B01 was released. Sadly the CW was wrong. After seeing the new releases I had to get a classic and the Evo jumped out at me. My AD had the Fish in all 3 colors - as of yesterday they are gone.

All the ADs I've frequented have been stuffed with Evos since the B01s hit the displays. To some extent I feel sorry for the ADs. Breitling seems to either hold back info from the ADs or outright mislead them - IDK.

The good news is there are still plenty of Chronomat Evos to be had. Soon it will be like the Steelfish - maybe you can find one if you are lucky, but forget about trying to order one.

Exactly the reason I went to my AD today. The Evo jumped out at me as well...especially the Blackeye-Grey. I gave him a deposit to take it out of the display case and put it in the safe for me until I make up my mind 100% that it is the color combination that I want.

That's a stellar dial combo.

I stopped by the AD nearest me and there were 3 Steelfish left--one Black, one Silver, one Blue. I have to sell something to get one, and I swore this time I was finally getting a Navitimer, but boy, they're nice. I really would like the blue one. (BTW, Shark, based on mutual acquaintences, I think this is the other location for the AD you use. I don't know if its verboten to mention which stores have what, kinda doubt it, but I haven't seen it done much here)
