Hey to all!!

im Joe AKA Maverick, im 24 from East Sussex, UK

im totally new to Breitling, but i have always wanted one. To me they are the quintessential mans watch! :lingsrock:

ive just ordered my first Breitling, a SuperOcean Heritage 46 black dial, and it should be here next week, and i cant wait!!!

looking forward to many more posts!!!!

Sure it's cheesy and there have been rumours of certain err..... "undertones" in the film (thanks for putting that in my head Tarantino!), but it's a total 80's classic!

I inferred that, thanks. Yeah, "undertones", um.. A bunch of dudes jumping around in either ill-fitting flight suits slapping butts and prancing about or playing volleyball shirtless. That does not sound "under" anything. Especially with Tom Cruises' long suspected taste for hoagie. Sorry gents, that movie gave one of the most noble and daring group of pilots a real pink hue!
