MitchSteel wrote: How's Breitling Canada to deal with. Technically there is no such thing as Breitling Canada. The Canadian distributor and service centre is owned by a company called Grigoros who also own the La Swiss chain that make up the majority of the dealer network. As a company Grigoros make Research In Motion look well run, and the principal is not someone that you would want to spend much time with, but from a servicing and warranty standpoint the guys and gals at Hayden Street in Toronto are great to deal with. From a retail standpoint, in an ideal world the 'anyone but La Swiss' rule applies (at least now that I don't know of a trusted branch manager), but because they are the same company as the distributor it can be difficult to find an independent with competitive pricing, selection and access. Time and Gold in Vancouver would be the most obvious exception, but depending on where in Canada you are that may be a long walk. ![]() |

Yeah, I've been through LaSwiss on numerous occasions......my Momma said, if you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all........thanks for the heads up on other places, Roff. |
