Hello,

Just wanted to introduce myself to all of you.

I was fairly active in the Watchuseek forum, but today I ordered my first Breitling.
I sold my Steinhart Triton, and some camera equipment to raise some cash... and I finally pulled the trigger.

Just got off the phone with George at Govebergs. I ordered a Blue # Dial Seawolf on the Stainless band.
It is a 4 week wait, as they have none in stock... I'm just hoping it will come before x-mas, and have some nice free swag included.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing background, I’ve always loved the brand, the look, as well as the quality associated with Breitling.

Here is the watch on order... I'll take some real pics when it gets here:

Thanks,
Joseph

They are really nice watches...and beefy too. They make a presence, they wear nicely, and they are exceptionally durable. The thing that impressed me most when I got my first Breitling was the bracelet design and watch ergos. Most watches the weight of a Breitling are not comfortable for me...Breitling's use of angles and using single pieces of steel to make a link (rather than a single, solid piece) IMO makes the bracelet 100x more comfortable. Every angle and every part of their Pro 2 and Pilot bracelets reflect quite a lot of research on why some bands are uncomfortable and their subsequent effort to make a better bracelet.

Just got word from George... it should be to them this week.
2 weeks is much better than 4.

I'll keep you all in the loop and post up pics when I get it, as well as some free swag picts too (hopefully).
