Hello everyone, just joined! (woot!) I've browsed around a bit and have only seen names that appear to be of the male gender. I read the rules and didn't see " no girls allowed". I'm kind of a watch geek and have read the forum for months, always thinking to myself what I would have to say about the topic. Finally decided to join. Sooo any and all feedback of what you guys think of me joining will be greatly appreciated!

I wished there were only more females interested in Brietling watches. If there were, then this would be the perfect place to start.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome! Lets see... Favorite watch from Breitling is a tough one! The new Datora in the bronze dial is super sexy, and I can almost get away with the size. (I wear a 41 mm now) I love the month, day, and date function. The limited ed Black Bird is of course one on the list. Would only do that one on a co pilot bracelet! As far as in house movements the new unitime is Badass!!! ( Also too big for me) I tried up loading pictures, but had a few technical difficulties. (I have to figure out how to get the right size) Also I'm not on facebook. (Very much against it actually) And I dont know what Lings are!?

I should of mentioned. I wear a Chronomat 41mm, 2 tone, black dial and roman numerals. Wish I wouldn't of gone with roman, from 3 to 9 the watch isn't the easiest to read. Sounds silly, but with the sub dial placement and black dial, I have to almost do a double take for the time.

We used to have a woman from Ireland who was somewhat active. Then there was the woman from Texas who got quite a bit of.....exposure. A hit and run, though. :supereek: Then we had a fellow who liked to take increasingly "artsy" photos his girlfriends wearing his watches. But that got a bit too creepy :watchout: and he drifted away.


It is always welcome to get the female perspective on LINGS and watches in general. Wrist shots required, not by rules, but certainly informal group conscience. (Roff is exempt though. :wink: )


(watch out for nr123 - we aren't too sure about him and the ladies. :lol: )
