Hello all..
A quick history of myself. I am 52 and basically had 2 watches my entire life. One was a Seiko Diver my wife bought me in 1978 for $175.00 that I wore for 20 years until it went kaput. the other was a Rip Curl surf watch i wore for 10 years that cost $211.00. Both watches ran forever, and hardly ever came off. i have surfed, fished, hiked, etc. with them both.

In 2004 I came across a Breitling store in the islands while on vacation. just refused to pay the money...and seems was always buying my wife jewelry anyway. Kids, college, etc. seemed to mean my watch had to wait.

March 2011...a jeweler I had come to trust and enjoy pulled out some Breitlings. my wife said it was my turn. I choose my breitling based on a few things. First, i refused to pay over a certain amount so had to stay within a budget. Second, I think my wife loved it every bit as me...it was a joint thing. Third, it had to have a chrono...I just like them, and fourth, it had to be a bit unique...

So my watch is a green dial Superocean heritage Limited Edition with Chronograph. I only hope that i get as many years, which will probably be to the end of my like...from this watch as I did from my other two.
