Post subject:  New Owner from San Francisco Area, California - Airwolf

Hello

Just purchased an Airwolf from Costco. Blue Dial, professional II bracelet. Love the watch - will post pictures this weekend.

I had an original aerospace a number of years ago that I bought on ebay - wore for a year and sold for what I paid. It was titanium with blue dial.

For thos wondering the warranty card was there and matched the serial number. Stamped by a dealer in the Netherlands so Costco must just purchase surplus inventory.

For those who hate the sunburst dial - I also did at first but now I love it. Actually it is not a sunburst but turbine blades similar to the back of the watch - look carefully and you will see what I mean.

Would have liked a black dial but the price was too good to pass up along with lifetime warranty from Costco.

Thanks

Charles

Lings at Costco! I would be a regular shopper at Costco if they had those here... makes me want to check right now I live less than 2 minutes from Costco. haven't seen one there yet tho. Lots of Omegas and Movados and Tag Heuers there only.

Welcome! :welcome:

I know a Costco in my area had a superocean chrono awhile back, but the price wasn't much different than any of the online sites in the gray market.

yes indeed, usually have a few models in the case but you need to be careful, they could be pretty old or have been on a less than traceable journey to end up there. I saw a chronomat with a schipol airport shop AD stamp on the cards...new but manufactured about 3 yrs ago (bracelet).....was around £1800 though
