Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm your typical watch fanatic, but I have been lurking on this great website for a couple weeks now as I've increasingly been wanting to purchase a Breitling. I finally purchased my first Breitling last week, its a Colt Auto II and I am in love with it. Looking forward to many more posts! Here is a wrist shot of my new watch: ![]() ![]() |

Hey Texas was grrrrreat. Had a great time. Even at the airport. But I still find it ironic a TSA agent would comment about my watch being too big. Texas - too big?? Coogs08, great watch in the black dial. You should have seen the first pics I put here - of a Blackbird. It looked like the thing was made of fuzzy bronze. |

Thanks for the welcome everyone, the brushed blackbird is definitely one of my faves. I need to hear more about this story of yours, Sharkman. Or is it better for me to leave it alone? |

Nah bro, read the entire thread. Had a grrreat time. But the "BIG" business can catch ya off gaurd if you aren't expecting it. Just like the heat in Phoenix. Forget the "official temp" it is presently 117 in downtown Phoenix and I was just walking form buildind to building to building in full suit. I think my DPII strap is fused to my wrist. SH#T! |

If you didnt have such a nice collection to rotate, I would say that a perma-breilting melted to your wrist might not be such a bad thing. |
