Welcome to BreitlingSource, but very sorry to hear about the watch - any chance of recovery?

Make sure that Breitling know about the theft as well. They'll add it to their database at least. May not help much, but if it gets sent for servicing it may help.

Not likely to be recovered by local police. Seems like a young teenager probably swiped it......with the recent popularity of big face watches its unlikely mom and dads or teachers will notice....thats a 5500 dollar watch on a punk kid......

Eventually it will show up........my father lost a small piece of engraved jewelry and it appeared 25 years later in a pawn shop. The owners kids sold everything without a identification, and then began to look for owners by any clues they had on the rings.

They cross referenced the gradaution dates of the college and then looked under graduates with the intials BTS......then found my dad in phone book.........

hoping for similar luck!

No personal experience fortunately, but they do maintain a database. Not sure if they need any details from you to record the numbers - incident number, insurance claim number, etc.
