I haven't owned a watch in years, I think my last one was a Nike watch :roll: which has been lost along the way over the years and there was probably a Timex before that. :lol:

Having decided that I should purchase a watch for myself since every man needs to have a nice watch :D I started browsing the internet and asking friends for their opinions. After seeing the Breitlings, I couldn't be bothered to look at anything else. I was torn between a Chronomat Evo with graphite dials or the Blackbird.

The graphite Chronomat is quite hard to find other than pictures on the internet, the two AD's I went to said they were usually special order. So without being able to see it, I have decided to go with the Blackbird. It has to be shipped across the country from another store but I'm hoping to take possession of it on Friday!

Friday came early, they called me today and I just picked it up.

I got the brushed one so I could wear it daily, I was afraid I would scratch the polished one and wouldn't wear it as much.

Great choice on the brushed so you're happier wearing it,

wearing these watches is where the enjoyment is! :D

The blackbird is personal fave of mine, especially in the brushed like you have!
