Hello Everyone,

I am 30 years old an new to the forum and also new to the world of Breitling in general. I am in the market for a watch and went to my local AD in central NJ to try on a Navitimer(black dial, black leather strap). While the price was high, I have been shopping around for a little while now and have received prices from several AD's and am almost ready to make my purchase. I had a preowned Rolex Datejust when I was in my mid 20's and recently a pre-owned non-date Rolex Submariner. While I loved both I want to purchase a watch that I will have forever and I want it to be brand new from an AD. I have a very small wrist and the Navitimer fit perfect. Am I making a good decision? Can some experienced owners PM me what is a good price I should be paying for this watch since I am new to this? Thanks guys and look forward to hearing from you!!

well first things first...weclome to breitling source. this is a great place with a TON of educated senior members. trust me i have asked alot of questions and gotten great help here.

IMO the navitimer is a classic watch and a great choice. it is a watch that can be dressed up of dressed down depending on your mood. My suggestion is to get in touch with a member here named jnelson3097 he will get you in touch with a man named george from govberg. They are an authorised dealer for over 40 brands (i believe) and that will most likely be your best chance for thebest pricing. i think the dealer may even be close enough for you to visit if you dont mind driving a few hours.

best of luck with your shopping and this is a rule of these boards. ONCE YOU GET THE WATCH YOU HAVE TO POST PICS!!! LOL!

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

As boogiebot says, contact jnelson3097 (Justin) and he'll hook you up with George,

Do a search on here for George / Govberg and you'll soon see that's the way to go.
