I know nothing John snow, but looks ok but caseback goes against the norm. Probably not gold but gold plate - would normally have a steel caseback. A lot of work to fake a dress watch otherwise. My reference book is packed away but maybe someone else can check.

Thanks for reply. This is my main point, the watch reference, but I don’t know how to check if this reference correspond to an original Breitling and in what configuration. And if it is an original Breitling, if it was made case and caseback on gold or on steel. Due to not appear stamp 18k in anywhere I thought that could be goldplated but not sure yet, if anybody could check reference would be nice to crosscheck this information. Thanks in advance.

Breitling time only watches were not as documented as were the chronographs. From my knowledge, Breitling did not make any time only ref. 57xx but could have.
I lean towards franken on this one as I doubt the case be original to the watch, added Breitling to the caseback and no serial number. Dial and movement look more original to me than the case.
Regardless, value would be under $500 if plated and add gold scrap value if case is 18k. Niche collectable.

Agree with everything Waynepr1 says, but can never figure out how someone can go through the effort to make a fake case back. If I had to do it I wouldn’t no where to start, or anyone that could do this! Maybe our South American friends are more industrious than I am.
