What exactly do you think would convince a seller that the piece they sold you is not genuine, particularly when they were the seller of the fake piece in the first place? There is no "book of fake watches", and there are plenty of pictures of similar fake models to be found on the Internet to give them solace that it is real.
You might point out that the Breitling script on the dial is the entirely incorrect font style, or that the watch is missing a Breitling script on the case back, but you would need to be able to prove what these look like on real watches, and there is no "book of real watches" either.
