Hi guys

My first post here so bear with me if im postning in the wrong forum or so..
I am looking to by a vintage chronograph, quite flexibel on the exact ref but in the lines of 810, 815.. 3 subdails and round pushers.
Therefore I would like your opinion on these. Are they legit?

They’re certainly legit, but both have their problems.

The silver dialled top time 810 has an incorrect chrono sweep hand (should be silver, not red, and the one on there is not Breitling). The hour hand at least is also wrong, reaching the middle of the applied indicies, whereas it should just reach the inner edge. The case looks to have been polished to within an inch of its life. Disappointing when that happens. Loss of lume pips to the dial as well, just to be aware.

On the Top Time 824, looks like ALL the hands on the watch are wrong. They look close, but none are correct. Dial is in poor condition. As well, I wouldn’t recommend a 24 hour chronograph for a first purchase. You have to rewire your brain on how to read the time on it.

Thx buddman! That was really good insights. I will certainly stay away from both and make sure not to go for a 24h watch.
