Hello, I was wondering if you could help me out with this 809 from 1965? Iam trying to see if its 1) 100% authentic 2) Overpriced (7250 GBP) If price is not appropriate here, sorry. Thanks in advance! |

Thanks in advance! Looks fine to me. Overall condition is good, and chamfers on the lugs (which are generally a noticeable victim if the case has been polished) are nice and sharp. However, the hands are newer than the rest of the watch, and we’re likely changed at a service. The crown also looks overly clean, so may be a service replacement too. I can’t comment on price as I have not been watching the market for these. |

Rather overpriced. Many good examples advertised on the web for much less. |
