Have not been able to find any similar model online to reference it to. Is it fake? I love this piece and was hoping for a model/reference number so I could try to acquire a similar one!

The logo is completely wrong, so I suspect it’s a fake it at minimum a re-dial. However, it is reminiscent of a vintage Premier, so that is what you are looking for if you want an original.
