Originally posted this is the wrong place, so here it is in the right place... I'm looking for a decent case size vintage dress watch, 37 or 38m, in an all original state. I recently spent an hour searching a beach when my top time fell off somehow, so decided I need something less valuable for every day wear. Any help much appreciated with this particluar one.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BREITLING-ge ... Swp-RaWy6w |

You're severely limiting your vintage options at 37 or 38mm in a non-chrono. Not a usual size and when you do see them they're as expensive as a chrono, because of rarity, or a fake. 34 or 35mm more common and available at a reasonable cost. Automatics more valuable than manual winds. Automatic w/date better yet. All small though by today's standards. |

What's your thoughts on the one I linked? |

This one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-BREITLING-GENTLEMANS-WRISTWATCH-BREITLING-STRAP-BUCKLE-/282812531131?hash=item41d8f0c1bb Like Rene says, dials been redone. It's tiny at 30mm. Someone trimmed a Breitling 20mm strap to fit. Worth less than half of what he wants. |
