hard to say, as it is the first cal. 15 ref. 2130 I see.
COULD be correct, could be franken.

Looks like a 2110-15 dial in a 2130 case or might be a 2110 case & movement, like he says, with the 2130 back and bezel. Either way the white hands should probably be orange with that dial. Looks like a collection of parts to me. Makes you wonder what the movement looks like too.

As far as I know, all Breitlings with a cal.15 are based on a previous version with a cal.11 or 12 , and they have a reference in 2xxx-15.
Ie , a 2110-15 is based on a 2110 , but with the ugly dial and the cal 15.
This one sounds like put together parts , wrong hands , wrong subdial hands, caseback without the suffix -15 .
