Got this from a British seller of vintage watches. It's supposed to be from the 50's..... Comments? "On the back of the case, it is signed "Breitling Automatic Fond Acier" with the reference "224 25". On the inside of the back case, it is stamped "1 570946" " ![]() Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk |

Pis of the movement, back, and inside back would help greatly. Numbers are faked all the time so that doesn't help. Need the pics. |

However the mechanism has these inskriptions: "Breitling", "Seventeen 17 Jewels unadjusted Swiss patented" and also "Automatic. It's a Felsa 690 movement. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk |

Back looks good and that reference number is documented. Probably ok. Serial number indicates 1951. |

Thank you for your input. When i have the time and money i'll probably take it to a Breitlingdealer to have it authenticated. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk |

Ok, why? Not worth it? Or is it that you're absolutely certain it's true? Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk |
