Mid 1980's to early 1990's. Most likely early quartz watch.

Would these be late 70's as they are Breitling 'Geneve'?

Not really. Here's a couple that I got a year or two ago with their original boxes and they're from the late 1980's to early 90's.

Paul, your boxes are from 198the 1984 to 1986 period . I have the same with my 81600 Navitimer and Cosmonaute.
In 1987-88 the boxes with the Breitling wings appeared , all dark blue leatherette outside and grey leatherette inside .
In 1989-90 the boxes became dark blue outside and white inside .
About the all suede B Genève boxes , brown or dark blue or burgundy or dark green , they can be dated earlier than 1984 , but possibly used in the very late period of L. Breitling era and continued by the Breitling SA company .
