http://www.ebay.fr/itm/Breitling-Naviti ... Swv9hW4Ss0 1/ the caseback looks original but the SN 9030884 is unregistered and does not sound as originally stamped 2/ the blank crown is described as original ... ok for an Aviation version but not for a Breitling 7806 3/ the Valjoux 7740 shows all correct Breitling markings 4/ ok Breitling issued a gold plated version of the 7806, rarely seen 5/ wrong small second hand but it is a minor detail Assumed that some of the early Aviation had kept the Breitling marked Valjoux 7740 unchanged , I suspect here a Aviation 6087 retrofitted in Navi 7806 configuration by swapping caseback and dial ? But maybe I am paranoid ? |

serial is totally outside any known range; fishy. yes, they were misstamped "1953" Navitimers, but this is strange |
