Post subject:  I can't identify this watch

I'm sorry , I'm not an expert of Breitling.
My nephew bought it in a judicial auction sale, but with no warranties (Yes in Italy is possible :? ).
Could anyone help me to find out more information about this piece.
I dn't know if you can read numbers on the back. I can read 1675 and 84730
Genuine?
Year?
Reference?
Price?

Thank you
Daniele

He buy it for 350€, with other good watch.
I'm quite sure that movement is an original Valjoux 7750, I can't understand the rason to make a fake like this.
If is really a fake...

well. the cal. 7750 was launched in 1974 - when Breitling was ceasing production and there is no record whatsoever this model was ever launched, no documentation even they were working on prototypes - though that remote possibility exists.

So it is clearly not a documented model, with high probability it is fake.

regarding value: the watch was offered on ebay Italy with a starting bid of €350 and no bidders, currently relisted at the same price.
so the market has seemingly decided the value is .... below €350

+1 or better , + 100 with Fred !
It is around 350€ more than I would be ready to pay for such a watch , which clearly looks like a - poor- fake for everybody with a basic knowledge in Breitlings .
Italy is a good place for such fakes ...
Considering the value of the Valjoux 7750 day + date around 150-200€ , it is not so bad provided that the "other good watches" would be better .

Unfortunally I was with him when he bought them, 350 € was the price only for that watch. He spent 2000€ for 9 watches in total... all of them now are sold.
I suggest it like a good bargain, I was sure that it would be original... I'm his uncle, so I think that is right that I'll buy It.

By now you and him have got a clear confirmation from us all here that it is a fake Breitling ... so it would not longer appear for sale on eBay as a Breitling, right?

Unfortunally my English is so bad that you never understand what I said, or what I mean.
Anyway my nephew doesn't know what I ask you.
I'm not sure, like you, that Breitling whatches made between 1974 and 1980 are all known.
At the moment I'm far away for working resons, when I'll come back at home I'll buy that watch and You don't see it again on Ebay or Kijiji.
