Sorry if I'm being annoying... I'm trying to select a watch in the next days so I can have it for my hubby's 55th birthday. This is another watch I have looked at. I love the font of the numbers, but I haven't seen this font on other Breitlings in my (very limited) searches. My gut is that it is problematic that the serial number and ref number were removed from the back of the case, as far as investment goes, and this watch is quite pricey. What do you think of its authenticity? Thanks, Allison |

basically authentic, but damaged caseback. no, it wasn't planned to be a "Bark Textured Back"; it was smooth and nice and carried the ref. & serial number. walk away. |
