Hi, i'm new to Breitlings. Have identifies a few that I would like to buy but havent had the luck in getting them yet.

However I just came across a breitling at a shop that i have not come across. Pic is attached.

I was wondering if anyone can help with:
1) letting me know the reference
2) whether the watch dial, hands, case, etc looks right
3) what is a fair price for this watch in this given condition
