Thanks. This would be my first Breitling, so I'm flying a little blind on value. My vintage watches are mainly Heuer, Zenith, and Omega....and most collectible watch values seem to be rising rapidly, but I don't have a good sense for 810's. Prices seem anywhere from $1800 for a beater to a $4300 on C24. Even more elsewhere. Price discussions may be verboten here, so I will stop and go read the rules.

And I think Wayne may still be in 2010-2012 , prices have gone up sharply (rising tide, all boats etc) and you'll have to be lucky / patient to find a good ref 810 for <$2K/2.5K (although there was one offered in the sales section for a very reasonable price !)

For ME, if it is the eBay watch it is about a $2200 piece. Seller is consigning the watch and will NOT come down. Been listed off and on for over a year at least.

Well, the seller was finally willing to negotiate and make a deal.
